NDRC Regional Department Delegation Inspects MASUMA China-Russia Auto Parts Export Base

[Suifenhe, Heilongjiang] On April 27, Cui Peng, Second-Level Inspector of the Regional Department of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), led a 12-member delegation to Suifenhe City for an in-depth on-site investigation. The visit focused on advancing the construction of the Mudanjiang Industrial Cooperation Park and conducting rigorous evaluations for projects seeking central budget support.

 

As a flagship cross-border project in Suifenhe and a vital supply chain hub for the China-Russia automotive aftermarket, the MASUMA China-Russia Auto Parts Export Base received the high-level delegation for a detailed physical inspection.

 

NDRC Inspection Evaluates Central Budget Projects and Cross-Border Auto Parts Operations

 

During the tour, Inspector Cui Peng and the delegation visited MASUMA’s warehousing and logistics center, product display area, and digital supply chain dispatch platform. The leadership team provided a comprehensive briefing on the base's master plan, construction progress, product line coverage---including chassis suspension systems, braking systems, and engine components—and recent export performance across Russian and neighboring markets. The delegation reviewed MASUMA’s core capabilities in OEM-spec compliance, quality control, and cross-border logistics efficiency.

 

 

The delegation praised MASUMA’s proactive efforts to integrate into the "Belt and Road" Initiative and its significant contributions to China-Russia automotive trade. Official representatives highlighted that the MASUMA Export Base not only boosts local employment and trade volume but also serves as a model for building high-level cross-border industrial chains within the Mudanjiang Industrial Cooperation Park. They encouraged MASUMA to further leverage Suifenhe's strategic border location and national policy support to enhance its core competitiveness.
