Refund & Return

Shipping charges for each order will be based on total weight and your destination; please speak with a salesperson for exact charges. aims to ship your order within 10 business days of confirming your payment. Each order will be carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Once shipped, you will be notified via email within 12 hours of the tracking number, tracking website and delivery time.

If there are no special shipping requirements, we will send the order by normal way. Currently, we support express delivery, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS and CHINAPOST. some items, such as control arm crankshaft, are very heavy and will be sent by sea.

If you are an importer or wholesaler, we recommend you to order in bulk and ship by sea, which will save you a lot of money instead of courier charges.

If you need the parts urgently, please email us for a faster way. Typically, if you choose the express method, it will arrive in 5-14 days, while ocean freight takes 30-45 days.


We have confidence in our auto parts. All goods are carefully selected by us and no part sold from us will be bad.

If you are not satisfied with the quality, type or other objective reasons of the part, you may return the unused part for an exchange or refund within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that all parts must be in original condition.

If you need to return a part, please email us your order number, name, email address and the part number you are returning with a clear explanation. After confirming your request, we will send you a return address via email. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide a usable tracking number and to keep the returned package secure.

Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you within 1 business day. For exchanges, new orders will be shipped within 5 business days; for refunds, we will submit the refund request within 5 business days and return it to your bank card account within 1 month.
