On July 22, 2024, the opening ceremony for the China-Russia Auto Parts Export Base, invested and constructed by Suifenhe MASUMA Auto Parts Import and Export Co., Ltd was held at the Suifenhe Border Economic Cooperation Zone. Luo Haitao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Mudanjiang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Suifenhe Municipal Party Committee, attended the event and declared the park open. The city’s leadership team, MASUMA's core management, partners, and industry colleagues gathered to witness this strategic milestone in MASUMA's Russian trade layout.  

A Strategic Hub for Northeast Asia

The China-Russia Auto Parts Export Base (MASUMA) is the first auto parts processing and export project in the Suifenhe Free Trade Zone. Leveraging Suifenhe's favorable port policies, the project focuses on:  

• Auto parts processing and assembly for export.  
• Warehousing and logistics services.  

This base serves as MASUMA's primary vehicle for deepening trade with Russia and expanding into the Northeast Asian market. Its opening marks a critical step in MASUMA's integration of processing, export, and logistics, fueling the company's high-quality development.  

World-Class Infrastructure and Logistics

The base is designed for large-scale, intelligent operations:  

• Scale: Covers 105 acres with a construction area of nearly 70,000 square meters.  
• Facilities: Includes modern standardized factories, professional warehouses, and advanced international production and testing equipment.  
• Location Advantage: Utilizes Suifenhe's unique status as a dual-national first-class port (highway and railway) to create an efficient trade bridge to Russia, Central Asia, and Northeast Asia.

During his speech, Mr. Zhou, Chairman and CEO of MASUMA, emphasized the company's commitment to its roots and global ambition:

Following the ceremony, city officials visited the base’s sample room to inspect product R&D and export plans, giving high praise to MASUMA's strategic vision. They encouraged the company to continue its pursuit of excellence and build an influential global auto parts brand.
